Announcing Autographical Cloud

Today we're opening early access to Autographical, a real-time shared context platform for humans and their AI agents.

The disconnect

Knowledge workers operate across dozens of tools every day. Browsers, SaaS apps, AI assistants, coding agents, documents, and social media. Every one of these interactions, individually and in combination, generates signal. But that signal is scattered and lost across silos the moment you move on.

Meanwhile, AI agents are remarkably capable, but they start every session cold. They don't know what you were referencing just now, what you were researching yesterday, what you bookmarked last week, or what another agent figured out an hour ago. So you re-explain, re-prompt, and re-calibrate. Over and over.

The result is a collaboration bottleneck: humans carry context in their heads that agents can't access, agents produce sub-optimal work, and iterations don't compound because they're confined to localized memory.

Autographical closes the loop

Autographical collects human and AI activity into a unified stream. Your browsing, bookmarks, saves, and documents, alongside every AI conversation, agent session, and tool interaction. It organizes all of this into two familiar concepts:

The activity stream records what you do, when, and where. It captures interactions, timelines, and threads across all your devices and AI sessions. No manual filing. No tagging. It just works.

The knowledge graph synthesizes relationships across everything in your stream. It extracts semantics, infers intent, links related concepts, and compounds them incrementally into a personal knowledge graph that grows with every iteration.

Together these give you and your AI agents a unified, queryable understanding of your shared context.

The frontier of human-AI collaboration

Autographical uses AI to accelerate, deepen, and broaden how humans and AI collaborate.

Early access users are working in ways that weren't possible before:

Effortless iteration at scale. A product builder runs dozens of coding agent sessions in parallel. Each one has automatic context: what's been decided, what's in progress, what matters. There's no re-explaining, no drift, no tedious coordination. It feels like a mind-meld.

Compounding across agents. A knowledge worker uses ChatGPT for brainstorming and Claude Code for implementation. Insights from one session flow into the other automatically. The agents build on each other's work instead of starting from scratch.

Delegating without losing control. An operator delegates a research task to an AI agent. The agent traverses the knowledge graph on its own, using its free-form reasoning to follow relevant threads, weigh priorities, and produce work that's naturally aligned with the project's values and intent.

Early access

We're rolling out the cloud hosted version of Autographical to early access users. The platform includes:

  • Browser extensions for ambient collection across Chrome, Arc, Brave, Edge, and Firefox
  • AI integrations for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, and other assistants and agents
  • Activity stream with timelines, sessions, and topic views
  • Knowledge graph with semantic search and exploration
  • API and MCP for programmatic access
  • Data sync to S3-compatible object stores and data lakes

If you've ever wished your AI tools could just know what you're working on, without you having to explain it, this is for you.

Get early access.

What's next

The era of cognitive abundance is upon us. We're building a platform to enable humans and AI to think faster, learn deeper, and collaborate more fluidly than ever before. And we're just getting started.
